Looking for a backdrop for a special occasion? Storm King Lodge is great for small gatherings. Here you will find many of the most important things to help you make your decision.
Guest Count
Storm King Lodge is perfect for small events, with maximum guests of 70 for outdoor gatherings (Spring through Fall), and 20 for indoor gatherings (Winter months).
Parking
Our parking lot can accommodate 14 standard size vehicles. However, weather permitting, we can accommodate up to 35 vehicles in the front of our property. We provide a simple parking map that can be shared with your guests.
Timing
We keep quiet hours from 8 AM to 10 PM. As such, we ask that private gatherings only take place during those hours as well.
Dining Tables
Our inside dining table can accommodate 10 guests, while our outside table on the veranda seats 6 with other seating around.
Tents, Tables, Chairs
Many quests request tents, tables, and chairs. While many guests arrange them themselves, we may be able to arrange them for you. Let us know and we can include it in your quote.
Restrooms
Bathrooms are in the 4 bedrooms. For events, the first-floor bedrooms are left open for event guests to use. Please keep this in mind if you are also arranging overnight stays before or after the event.

Fees
Fees are generally simple. Depending on the number of days needed for your event (don’t forget setup and clean up time) the entire lodge fee is assessed per day ($1000), plus a one-time event fee of $1000. Other requests often come at an additional costs, so contact us for your custom quote today!
